Note:

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the City of New Albany’s community events! Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be notified upon approval.

Vendors must arrive and set up at least 30 minutes before event start time.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and power if needed. Additionally, food vendors must provide their own tents if needed. All tents, canopies, and tarps must be made of fire-resistant material per the Ohio Fire Code.

Food vendors must adhere to all county health department regulations. Each vendor is required to obtain the necessary food permit through the State of Ohio and be able to pass health inspections prior to the event start time on the day of the event.

The City of New Albany reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the City or the City denies the event application.

The City of New Albany, its organizers, and committees do not accept any responsibility for injury, loss or damage to goods, displays, equipment or persons.
